Docky: Integrated appmenu

The panel in elementary is getting more and more redundant, as helpers and plugins to Docky can do most of the work gnome-panel can do. The only two things that's left are notification area and application browsing. Notification areas are going away in the future anyway... so here goes my take on solving application browsing within Docky!

The idea is to have a button, at the left-most of Docky. This button will transform the dock (pretty much like the clock applet) into an application browser, with the regular appcategories lined up. Clicking one of them will popup a menu with all the apps in alphabetic order.
